Mellowcams is an independent discovery directory. We do not host, produce, store, or stream any video, image, or live content. All content is hosted and delivered by third-party platforms (such as Chaturbate), and we link to it using publicly available data. All performers are age-verified as 18+ by those platforms. Mellowcams is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
3. No warranty
The site and its listings are provided "as is" and "as available". Listings are generated from third-party data and may be inaccurate, out of date, or unavailable. We make no warranties of any kind.

You agree not to scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or remove access or listings to comply with the law or these Terms.
6. Reporting content
If you believe a listing or link is illegal or infringes your rights, email legal@mellowcams.com with the URL and the reason, and we will review it promptly. Content itself lives on the third-party platform — copyright notices about the media should go to that platform, which hosts it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mellowcams and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any third-party platform you reach through it.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
