We collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we store, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
Mellowcams is an independent discovery directory. For any privacy question, contact legal@mellowcams.com.
No account required
Mellowcams does not require an account to browse. We do not ask for your name, email, or payment details, and we have no login.
What we store on your device
Your privacy-mode preference, 18+ confirmation, and cookie/consent choice are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This is functional storage you initiate; it stays on your device.
Analytics
We use PostHog — a product-analytics tool — to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages and filters are popular) so we can improve it. It runs by default; you can opt out at any time via the cookie banner or "Cookie settings" in the footer, and we honor that choice (PostHog remembers it on your device). PostHog may set cookies or local identifiers and processes usage events such as page views and clicks. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object or opt out at any time.
Server logs
Our hosting/infrastructure may process technical data (e.g., IP address) to deliver the site and for security. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained only as long as necessary.
Outbound links
When you click an outbound link, the destination platform (e.g., Chaturbate) may set its own cookies to attribute the referral, governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
International transfers
Our infrastructure and analytics providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As we hold little to no account data, most requests can be satisfied by clearing your browser storage or withdrawing analytics consent. Contact legal@mellowcams.com.

This site is strictly for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
